History
Vacation At Jay was founded in 2005 to cater exclusively to off mountain property rentals
in the Jay Peak area.  It is the first property management company solely dedicated to off
mountain rentals and offers a full service management package for year round vacation
rentals.
Mission
We recognize Jay Peak’s initiative to become more than a winter ski resort and shift more
towards a year round vacation destination.  Our mission is to simply provide quality
services, treating your home like OUR home year round.
Owners
The founders of Vacation At Jay are natives of Vermont and off mountain rental property
owners.  Therefore, we know what it takes to maintain successful year-round rental
properties in Vermont.
